At Whispart, we believe art should speak to you. We stand behind the quality of our Los Angeles craftsmanship.
We accept returns for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your art arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
Critical Reporting Window:

You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

"Destruction Proof" Option (Fastest Resolution):
To save you the hassle of repacking and shipping, for clear damages, we may offer a "Destruction Proof" refund.

Instead of returning the item, you may be asked to make the artwork unusable (e.g., cut the canvas with a knife) and send us a photo proof. Once verified, we will issue a full replacement or refund immediately.
2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If the item is in perfect condition but you simply changed your mind, we accept returns under these conditions:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels for buyer's remorse.

Condition: Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover initial handling and packaging materials.

No COD: We do not accept "Cash on Delivery" shipments. Packages sent COD will be rejected.
How to initiate a return:

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
3. Cancellations

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it has entered the production phase (usually within 12 hours of ordering).

After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait to receive it and then follow the Standard Return process.
4. Refunds

Once we receive your return (or destruction proof), please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Customized or Personalized Art (if applicable).

Gift Cards.

Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale".
