Damaged/defective items: Report damage within 48 hours with videos of the artwork and packaging; we’ll replace it for free (and may offer a fast “destruction proof” refund/replacement).

Changed your mind returns: You pay return shipping, items must be unused and in original packaging, and a 15% restocking fee is deducted (no COD returns accepted).

Cancellations: You can cancel for a full refund before production starts (usually within 12 hours); once shipped, you can’t cancel and must use the standard return process.

Refund timing & exclusions: Refunds are processed after inspection in 3–5 business days (bank posting may take 5–10 business days); custom/personalized items, gift cards, and clearance/final sale items are not returnable.

What you’re buying: These are giclée canvas prints (flat prints, no real raised texture) and colors may vary slightly by screen (not a defect).

Cancel/change info fast: You can cancel only before production starts (usually within 12 hours); address changes only before shipping, and you’re responsible for the address you provide.

Shipping responsibility: Made-to-order in LA (2–4 business days production); risk transfers when handed to the carrier, and Whispart isn’t liable for packages marked “Delivered” but stolen.

Zero-tolerance policy: If Whispart suspects chargeback fraud, wardrobing, or malicious returns, it may refuse service, ban your account, and take legal action.

False chargebacks have serious consequences: Disputes made without valid proof can lead to a lifetime blacklist (email/IP/address/payment identifiers) and reporting to third-party fraud databases.

Collections & extra fees: Fraud-related disputes may be sent to collections for the disputed amount plus a $50 admin penalty and legal fees, which may affect your credit history.

Return abuse is tracked and investigated: Unusual return patterns, intentionally damaged/altered returns, or sending back the wrong item can be treated as return/mail fraud, and may be escalated to authorities.

Evidence is recorded: All outbound packing is video-recorded; if footage shows the correct item was shipped, claims may be denied and the video can be provided to banks/authorities as evidence.
