Anti-Fraud & Legal Enforcement

Anti-Fraud & Legal Enforcement

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Whispart wants genuine collectors to purchase with confidence. This Policy describes how we may review orders, protect accounts and payments, respond to unauthorized activity, preserve evidence, and address deliberate abuse. It is not intended to discourage honest questions, returns, complaints, or lawful PayPal disputes.

At a glance

  • Orders must be paid as commercial goods-and-services transactions through the approved website checkout.
  • We ship only to the address recorded in the PayPal transaction.
  • Orders that cannot be safely verified may be briefly held, canceled, and refunded.
  • We do not ordinarily ask for government identification during routine verification.
  • Deliberate payment fraud, fabricated evidence, duplicate reimbursement, account attacks, and counterfeit activity are prohibited.

1. Purpose

This Policy protects Whispart, genuine customers, payment providers, carriers, service providers, and the integrity of limited One-of-One releases. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Order screening

We may review information provided by SHOPLINE, PayPal, website security systems, carriers, logistics partners, and the customer. Risk indicators may include:

  • repeated failed payment attempts or card-testing patterns;
  • a mismatch between transaction, contact, and delivery information;
  • unusual order volume, duplicate orders, or rapid high-value purchasing;
  • automated checkout activity or attempts to bypass website controls;
  • requests to ship to an address different from the PayPal transaction address;
  • freight-forwarding, reshipping, or high-risk address patterns;
  • an unauthorized-account report or payment-provider warning; or
  • a documented pattern of false claims, return substitution, or duplicate reimbursement attempts.

A risk indicator does not automatically prove wrongdoing. We review the available circumstances before taking action.

3. Verification measures

Where reasonably necessary, we may:

  • place an order on hold for up to 3 business days;
  • contact the order email address or telephone number;
  • ask the buyer to confirm the name, PayPal shipping address, telephone number, and order contents;
  • request that an incorrect-address transaction be canceled and placed again;
  • limit order quantity or decline a suspicious purchasing pattern;
  • cancel and refund an order that cannot be verified safely; or
  • decline future transactions associated with confirmed fraud or serious abuse.

We do not ordinarily request a government identification document, Social Security number, complete card number, CVV, bank password, or PayPal password for routine order verification.

4. PayPal address integrity

Whispart ships only to the delivery address shown in the PayPal Transaction Details for the purchase. A material address change requires cancellation and a new order.

Do not arrange your own carrier, reroute the parcel through a third party, or request delivery to a freight forwarder. Those actions can undermine delivery evidence and may make the order ineligible for fulfillment.

5. Prohibited payment and order conduct

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • using stolen, compromised, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials;
  • using PayPal Friends & Family or disguising a commercial transaction as a personal payment;
  • using false identity, address, telephone, or transaction information;
  • placing test transactions to validate payment credentials;
  • deliberately ordering with no intent to complete or accept delivery;
  • claiming non-delivery while concealing possession or verified receipt;
  • submitting altered, staged, stolen, or fabricated damage photographs;
  • returning a different item, counterfeit item, incomplete package, or substituted frame or certificate;
  • seeking a direct refund and a payment-provider or card-issuer reimbursement for the same loss without disclosure; or
  • using threats, extortion, or false public claims to obtain money or benefits not supported by the transaction.

Nothing in this section restricts a good-faith complaint, lawful review, honest return request, legitimate chargeback, or PayPal dispute.

6. Account and website security

You must not:

  • attempt unauthorized access to customer, administrative, server, domain, email, payment, or carrier systems;
  • use credential stuffing, password attacks, session theft, phishing, social engineering, or impersonation;
  • upload malware or exploit code;
  • circumvent rate limits, authentication, access controls, anti-bot measures, or checkout restrictions;
  • conduct denial-of-service activity or deliberately overload website resources;
  • scrape non-public information or customer data; or
  • interfere with another person’s account, cart, purchase, or access.

We may suspend an account, terminate sessions, require a password reset, remove access, or notify the account email when compromise is suspected.

7. Unauthorized purchases

If you believe your PayPal account or payment method was used without authorization, contact PayPal immediately and notify Whispart at whispart1@outlook.com.

We may pause fulfillment while the matter is reviewed. If the item has already shipped, we may work with PayPal, the carrier, or other service providers to attempt interception, preserve evidence, or recover the shipment.

8. Returns and evidence integrity

Return and damage evidence must accurately represent the delivered item and packaging. Identifying records, certificates, Archive Numbers, and studio photographs may be used to confirm that a returned item is the item originally supplied.

A One-of-One transit replacement is issued only after the original certificate is voided and the damaged original is destroyed or returned as instructed. Fabricating destruction evidence or retaining both an original and replacement as valid works is prohibited.

9. PayPal, card, and delivery disputes

Customers retain all legitimate rights available under PayPal, their card issuer, and applicable law. We encourage direct contact first, but we will not condition a lawful right on withdrawing a valid dispute.

In responding to a dispute, Whispart may provide relevant evidence such as:

  • the product page and description in effect when the order was placed;
  • the PayPal transaction and recorded delivery address;
  • order confirmation, customer communications, and address confirmations;
  • production, final-inspection, packaging, and certificate records;
  • online tracking, shipment date, delivery status, city, state, or postal-code evidence;
  • carrier communications and delivery investigation results;
  • return authorization, inspection, refund, replacement, and destruction records; and
  • fraud or account-security signals reasonably relevant to the transaction.

10. Security reporting

We welcome responsible reports of genuine website security concerns. A reporter must not access customer data, alter or destroy data, place fraudulent orders, perform denial-of-service testing, use social engineering, retain inadvertently accessed information, or publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability.

Reports may be sent to whispart1@outlook.com with enough information for us to understand the issue. Submission does not create a right to payment, reward, employment, or legal immunity unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Records and preservation

Whispart may preserve payment, account, access, order, communication, production, shipping, certificate, return, refund, and dispute records reasonably necessary to:

  • complete and document transactions;
  • prevent and investigate fraud;
  • respond to PayPal, card, carrier, platform, insurance, or legal processes;
  • protect One-of-One provenance and archive integrity;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • comply with lawful requests and recordkeeping obligations.

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

12. Enforcement

Depending on the seriousness and available evidence, Whispart may:

  • hold, reject, cancel, or refund an order;
  • suspend or terminate account or website access;
  • block repeated abusive transactions;
  • void a certificate or replacement claim obtained through fraud;
  • preserve screenshots, logs, transaction files, and communications;
  • report activity to PayPal, SHOPLINE, carriers, hosting providers, marketplaces, social platforms, or insurers;
  • request removal of counterfeit, infringing, or fraudulent listings;
  • seek recovery of documented losses and reasonable enforcement costs where legally available; and
  • report suspected criminal conduct to an appropriate authority where the evidence and circumstances justify it.

Enforcement decisions are based on evidence and applicable law. Whispart does not promise to pursue every matter through litigation.

13. No guarantee of prevention

Security and fraud controls reduce risk but cannot prevent every unauthorized payment, account compromise, cyberattack, delivery dispute, counterfeit, or abuse. Customers are responsible for protecting their PayPal, email, device, and Whispart account credentials.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy as our systems, payment arrangements, threats, or legal responsibilities change. The current version will display the latest update date.
