• We currently deliver to valid street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Studio preparation normally takes 3–5 business days; tracking generally activates 1–3 business days after carrier handoff, with delivery estimated at approximately 14–22 calendar days from purchase. Standard U.S. shipping and ordinary import clearance are included in the listed price.
• Cancel within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, but before carrier handoff, we will make a reasonable effort to approve cancellation; after handoff, eligible returns may be requested after delivery.
• Eligible non-personalized physical artworks require written return authorization within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, substantially original condition, the certificate and supplied components, and trackable return shipping. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer; we charge no fixed restocking fee and do not deduct the original outbound international shipping cost.
• Please inspect promptly and report visible transit damage within 7 calendar days. For a verified major defect, incorrect item, or transit-damaged order, you may choose a free replacement or full refund; reasonable remedy-related shipping is covered by Whispart.

• Whispart creates physical decorative art through a machine-learning-assisted and human-curated process. A work designated One-of-One, 1/1, or Global Exclusive means one authorized Whispart physical edition of that designated final image.
• Purchase transfers ownership of the delivered physical artwork, which may be displayed, gifted, or resold. It does not transfer copyright, digital masters, source files, model or dataset rights, trademarks, commercial reproduction rights, or the right to make copies.
• Product images, room scenes, and mockups are presentation references. Minor display-to-print variation, natural solid-wood grain, and normal physical-production tolerances may occur; a materially incorrect work remains eligible for the remedy described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
• PayPal processes commercial goods-and-services payments. An order is an offer to purchase and may be held, declined, or canceled and refunded when safe verification, address, legal, carrier, or other stated requirements cannot be met.
• Commercial copying, counterfeit use, systematic scraping, and use of Whispart content to train or improve an AI or machine-learning system require prior written permission.

• We collect only information reasonably needed to operate the website, process and deliver orders, prepare collector documentation, provide support, and prevent fraud.
• PayPal processes payment credentials. Whispart does not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or bank-login credentials.
• SHOPLINE and essential technical providers may process necessary site, device, session, and security information. Whispart does not currently use cross-site behavioral-advertising tools.
• Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with SHOPLINE, PayPal, logistics, customs, carrier, communication, security, and professional-service providers. Production partners normally do not receive the collector's final identity or U.S. delivery address.
• We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible information.

• Orders must be paid as commercial goods-and-services transactions through approved checkout. We ship only to the delivery address recorded in the PayPal transaction; a material address change requires cancellation and a new order.
• Where reasonably necessary, an order may be held for up to 3 business days and canceled and refunded if it cannot be verified safely. Routine verification does not ordinarily request a government ID, complete card number, CVV, bank password, or PayPal password.
• Good-faith questions, return requests, complaints, and lawful PayPal disputes remain protected. Payment fraud, fabricated evidence, return substitution, duplicate reimbursement, account attacks, and counterfeit activity are prohibited.
• We may preserve relevant transaction, shipping, certificate, return, and security records. Where evidence and applicable law justify it, proportionate action may include reports to platforms, payment providers, carriers, insurers, or appropriate authorities.
